This Privacy policy describes how Pleasetrip (https://www.pleasetrip.com), published by POULIQUEN Pierre EI, collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable French data protection law.

2. Data we may process

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may process:

  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of access, referrer, cookie identifiers;
  • Preferences: site language (pt_lang_pref cookie);
  • Analytics data: aggregated or pseudonymised statistics via Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager), subject to consent where required.

The Site does not offer user account creation.

Your data may be accessed, strictly for their missions, by:

  • Hosting provider: o2switch (Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France) — hosting and server logs;
  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics;
  • Contact form — processing via the form integrated into the Site;
  • Newsletter — third-party emailing service used to send campaigns;
  • Affiliate partners — booking platforms, comparators, accommodation providers and other travel-sector partners, when you click an affiliate link and any trackers they place.

The Publisher does not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors (including Google) may process data in the United States or other third countries. Transfers are governed by GDPR mechanisms (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or supplementary measures as applicable). More information: Google Privacy Policy.
