These Terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Pleasetrip website, available at https://www.pleasetrip.com (the “Site”), published by POULIQUEN Pierre, sole proprietor (the “Publisher”).

By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

Pleasetrip is a free editorial travel website offering in particular:

  • destination guides (continents, countries, cities, regions);
  • content on the best times to travel (“when to go”);
  • a blog and inspirational content.

The Site is provided for information and inspiration only. It does not constitute personalised advice, a contractual travel offer, or a guarantee of availability or pricing with third-party providers.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. The Publisher endeavours to keep the Site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Publisher may suspend, interrupt or modify access to the Site, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates or any other reason, without notice or compensation.

No user account is required.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights;

You remain solely responsible for your travel choices and for verifying information with relevant authorities, airlines, accommodation providers or other suppliers.

To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for:

  • direct or indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use the Site;
  • consequences of using third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks;
  • decisions made on the basis of Site content.

4.3. Content changes

The Publisher may modify, correct or remove any content at any time without notice.

5. Affiliate links and external links

5.1. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click these links and complete an action with a partner (booking, purchase, sign-up, etc.), Pleasetrip may receive remuneration from that partner, at no extra cost to you.

Where possible, affiliate links are disclosed transparently (explicit mention, icon or wording such as “affiliate link”).

Partners concerned (non-exhaustive list): booking platforms, flight comparators, accommodation providers, tourist activities and other travel-sector commercial partners.

Offers, prices, terms and policies are set by partners. The Publisher is not a party to contracts between you and a partner.

The Site may contain links to non-affiliated third-party sites. The Publisher has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, practices or privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and all its elements (text, images, graphics, logo, structure, databases, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited unless permitted by law or prior written consent from the Publisher.

Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

8. Third-party services
